FINALLY!!!! INDIAN RIVER CITRUS SEASON has begun here at Nelson Family Farms. We have Famous Nelson Navel Oranges, Nova Tangerines, and Flame Grapefruit fresh picked from local groves. We pick daily to offer you the freshest citrus available. Our citrus expert “Dan” personally tastes the fruit to make sure it is the ripest and sweetest before we sell it to you. You can purchase our citrus in 1/4 bushel, 1/2 bushel or by the pound so you can buy only what you need. And remember, “Green Is Beautiful”. Here at Nelson Family Farms, we don’t “gas” our fruit to force the color. Our fruit is ripe, sweet, juicy and ready to eat!
